Education
An educator and certified superintendent, Alisha has a track record as a transformational leader. Her areas of expertise in Education are in school/district turnaround, attracting and retaining top talent, and leadership development. She also provides ongoing support for school leaders and governing boards to help them develop and implement strategic plans designed to improve student and educator performance as well as transform academic, financial, and operational systems.
Non-Profits
For non-profits, Alisha works with organizations/ teams to increase performance, create and implement strategic plans, develop leaders, and provide ongoing support
to help the organization meet its goals. Additionally, Alisha is an effective meeting
and training facilitator, and has developed and managed non -profit programs for
her clients.
